Welcome to Pretty Pet. By tapping "I Agree" you accept the terms below.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by law) to use Pretty Pet. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your pet.

2. Pet Profiles
Profiles created on Pretty Pet must represent real, living pets owned or cared for by the account holder. Misrepresenting a profile (including using stolen photos or impersonating another pet) will result in account suspension.

3. Matching & Communication
Pretty Pet facilitates social interactions between pet owners. We do not screen members and we do not guarantee meetings. Always meet new pet friends in safe, public spaces and follow local laws regarding leashing, vaccination, and breed restrictions.

4. Lost & Found
The Lost & Found board is provided as a community-assistance feature. Pretty Pet is not responsible for the recovery of any animal. Information you post may be visible to other authenticated users.

5. Deals & Promotions
Deals are offered by third-party retailers (PetSmart, Chewy, Petco, etc.). Pretty Pet does not control the validity, redemption rules, or expiration of those promo codes. Codes are subject to change without notice.

6. Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of the content you post but grant Pretty Pet a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display it inside the app. Harassment, hate speech, animal cruelty content, and illegal activity are strictly forbidden.

7. Privacy
We use your location only to show nearby pet shops, vets, parks, events, and matches. You can revoke location permission at any time from your device settings. We never sell your personal data.

8. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Two-factor authentication is required to protect your account from takeover.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose risk to other members of the community.

10. Disclaimer
Pretty Pet is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not a substitute for veterinary care, emergency services, or professional pet training.

11. Updates
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Pretty Pet after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
